Testing Procedures

Nevada has contracted with NEHA for REHS examinations which include computer-based Pearson Vue testing. Individuals are responsible for paying the $280.00 exam and testing fee directly to NEHA.   A provisional EHST registrant may request authorization to take the REHS examination after 18 months of training/experience, when applicable.

An Application for REHS Status must be submitted to the Board to obtain an authorization to examination letter. The Authorization to Exam letter is to be submitted directly to NEHA with payment of the $280.00 state examination fee. NEHA will contact the applicant directly with instructions for examination.

The official exam results will be sent directly to the Board. An Applicant who wishes to re-take the examination must submit a request for authorization in writing to the Board.
